Rebecca is a down to earth, caring and compassionate person and welcomes everyone in her classes with open arms. Her love and appreciation of yoga came after living in Australia for a year where she found practising as a way to balance her mind. Since leaving Australia, she has travelled extensively practising and volunteering at many yoga studios worldwide gaining new perspectives and understanding of yoga and meditation. Her mission is; to get people and keep people on the mat’ and she does this by ensuring that all students feel at ease, happy and accepted into her classes and the wider yoga community. Rebecca then found herself in India where she completed teacher training in multiple styles, she feels she has a real connection with vinyasa flow and Yin Yoga specifically and has recently trained in myofascial release, which fits perfectly with Yin.
